A First Special Education Kindergarten in BURDUR was put into service in September.

The special education kindergarten, proposed to be opened by the Provincial Directorate of National Education to serve children with special needs in the central district of Burdur, started its operations in September 2020 with the approval of the Ministry of National Education. Special education is a first in Burdur for the children who will receive education here . kindergarten has taken its place among the few schools that provide education to children with special needs in our country.

The school also has an elevator suitable for disabled access and a ramp for the disabled. In this school, children who need special education between 36-66 months will be able to receive education.

Currently, approximately 45 of our pre-school children are diagnosed as special education students throughout our province. This school we will open will serve our pre-school students who need special education. In this way, we will meet a very important need of both us as the administration and the parents of our children with special needs in the kindergarten age. While their children receive an education appropriate to their situation, families will be able to participate more in social life, so we provide psycho-social support to these families.

Knowing the importance of early diagnosis and diagnosis of children in need of special education today, early childhood education being the basis for the individual's later education levels, children with special education needing this education show a faster progress in terms of development than children who cannot receive education, cognitive, social and language skills. It plays a very important role in revealing all the capacities of children with a programmed and systematic support given on a family-centered basis in the first years of life.

 Uyum Haftası çalışmaları kapsamında Pazartesi saat 09.30 da öğretmen ve öğrencilerimiz okulumuza geldiler.

Öğrencilerimizin   ilk gün heyecanı görülmeye değerdi.

Burdur Özel Eğitim Anaokulu olarak öğrencilerimizle 21 Eylül 2020 saat 09.30-12.30 arasında sınıflarımızda buluşma gerçekleşti.
